First, we'll get a clear understanding of your vision, theme and budget through an initial brainstorming session. Then the planning fun will officially begin. You will relax knowing that we are using our many years of experience and creativity to design your dream wedding. We source venues, locations, caterers, entertainment, décor, florists, photographers, transportation, invitations and more. In short, we take of it all. We also share our preferred vendors and vast community of contacts to create a dream team of professionals all committed to making your wedding day as amazing as possible. Planning Elements

• In person or telephone meetings as needed to have a solid understanding of your vision, budget and any special details.
• Weekly Updates.
• Research potential venues and arrange for site visits as needed.
• Work with client to develop theme and design / decor vision.
• Establish a budget and provide tracking updates.
• We assist you in identifying and researching all vendors related to your wedding day.
• Oversee Food and Beverage components to develop menu and beverage service plan.
• Manage contract negotiations with potential vendors to ensure you achieve your budgetary goals.
• The Wedding Coach will serve as your liaison with the venue to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Provide recommendations for the design and creation of invitations and save-the-dates.
• Book music components for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
• Research and source design and décor components and installations.
• Develop a comprehensive timeline encompassing all details for your wedding day.
• Research and secure room blocks at local hotels for the wedding party, family members and guests as needed.
• Secure transportation based upon the client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with identifying a restaurant / venue for the rehearsal dinner.
• Wedding Ceremony planning assistance.
• Assist with securing any permits or special licenses.

Day of Coordination
The Wedding Coach will serve as your on-site facilitator and will be responsible for managing the following areas of your Wedding Day:

• Wedding Ceremony Coordination (not including rehearsal).
• Food and Beverage timing and execution for Cocktail Hour and Reception.
• Transportation for bridal party, family and guests as needed.
• Photography & videography.
• Hair and Make-up.
• DJ / Band.
• Entertainment Components (Photo booth, lawn games, video games and more, as defined by client).
• Bar and Bartender.
• Gifts.
• Dessert / Cake.
• Flowers.
• Special décor installation.
• Assist with the set-up of escort cards, programs, centerpieces and favors for guests, if needed.
• The Wedding Coach package includes one assistant to allow for complete planning coverage.

The Hand Off
(Day of Coordinator)

You have been able to navigate your way through most of the wedding planning process and have secured your vendors and made most of the big decisions related to your wedding day. Now it's time to hand the ball off so you can focus on being fully engaged in the true emotion of your special day. The Wedding Coach will step in and assist in making sure all your efforts come to fruition. As your on-site facilitator, it would be our pleasure to coordinate all the details so your walk down the aisle is a clear path to bliss with no distractions.
You don’t need to worry about a thing. We will communicate with the venue and all of your vendors to make sure we are all on the same page regarding all expectations and compliance issues. The Wedding Coach will also create a comprehensive timeline that will address all details and logistics that comprise your big day. This makes sure that nothing falls between the cracks and we are familiar with all the components. Look at us as an extension of you and your vision. • Oversee Load-in and load-out of all the wedding day vendors according to the timeline.
• Wedding ceremony planning assistance.

Day of Coordination
The Wedding Coach will serve as your on-site facilitator and will be responsible for managing the following areas of your wedding day:

• Wedding ceremony coordination (not including rehearsal).
• Food and beverage timing and execution for cocktail hour and reception.
