The Wedding Coach loves to give our clients options. We offer simple elopements that involve only you and the Officiant, Enhanced Elopement Packages, Micro Weddings with all the bells and whistles or something in between. The choice is yours. All elopement packages can be customized to fit your specific needs. Your custom quote will be based on the overall scope of work.

You have been able to navigate your way through most of the wedding planning process and have secured your vendors and made most of the big decisions related to your wedding day. Now it’s time to hand the ball off so you can focus on being fully engaged in the true emotion of your special day. The Wedding Coach Team will step in and assist in making sure all your efforts come to fruition. We step in to coordinate all the details so your walk down the aisle is a clear path to bliss with no distractions.

You don’t need to worry about a thing. We will communicate with the venue and all of your vendors to make sure we are all on the same page regarding all expectations and compliance issues. The Wedding Coach Team will also create a comprehensive timeline that will address all details and logistics that comprise your big day. This makes sure that nothing falls between the cracks and we are familiar with all the components. Look at us as an extension of you and your vision. Planning Elements

• Initial in-person meeting to discuss your vision, theme, budget, design, and décor concepts
• In-person or telephone meetings, as needed, to make sure we address any important details as they arise.
• Email Updates
• The Wedding Coach Team will serve as your liaison with the venue to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Direct communication with all vendors. This includes reviewing of all contracts and proposals prior to the wedding day so that all expectations are clearly defined.
• Creation of a comprehensive timeline of the entire day, addressing all details from set-up to breakdown.
• Coordinate load-in and load-out plan for all wedding day vendors according to the timeline.
• Wedding ceremony planning assistance. (Rehearsal is not included)

Day of Coordination

A Select Member of The Wedding Coach Team will serve as your on-site facilitator and will be responsible for managing the following areas of your Wedding Day: The Planning elements are listed below in the Hand – Off Package

• Wedding ceremony coordination.
• Work with food and beverage vendors to ensure the established service plans are executed properly.
• Manage transportation plan for bridal party, family, and guests, as needed.
• Photography & Videography.
• Hair and Make-up.
• Music Vendors – DJ, band, and any other options.
• Entertainment Components (photo booth, lawn games, video games and more, as defined by client).
• Collect and stage gifts. Gifts will be given to a family member or friend at the end of the evening.
• Dessert / Cake coordination.
• Floral plan and installation.
• Special décor installation projects.
• Assist with the set-up of escort cards, programs, centerpieces and favors for guests, if needed.

Our Day of Coordinator packages can be customized to fit your specific needs. Your custom quote will be based on the size of your wedding, logistics, and any special services we are required to perform.

This package includes complete design, planning and implementation of all aspects of your wedding. First, we’ll get a clear understanding of your vision, theme and budget through an initial brainstorming session. Then the planning fun will officially begin. You will relax knowing that we are using our many years of experience and creativity to design your dream wedding. We source venues, locations, caterers, entertainment, décor, florists, photographers, transportation, invitations and more. In short, we take care of it all. We also utilize our preferred vendors and vast community of contacts to create a dream team of professionals all committed to making your wedding day as amazing as possible. With the Wedding Coach full-service planning and design package, you get everything we have to offer. May all your dreams come true!

Planning Elements

• Research potential venues and arrange for site visits, as needed.
• Work with client to develop theme, design elements and decor vision. Establish a budget and provide tracking updates.
• We assist you in identifying and researching all vendors related to your wedding day.
• Work with both the Food and Beverage vendors to ensure an efficient service plan.
• Manage contract negotiations with potential vendors to ensure you achieve your budgetary goals.
• The Wedding Coach Team will serve as your liaison with the venue to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide recommendations for the design and creation of invitations and save-the-dates.
• Book music components for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
• Research and source vendors for all design and décor components.
• Work directly with each vendor to have a clear understanding of their installation needs and plan.
• Develop a comprehensive timeline encompassing all details for your wedding day.
• Research and secure room blocks at local hotels for the wedding party, family members and guests, as needed.
• Secure transportation based upon the client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with identifying a restaurant/venue for the rehearsal dinner.
• Assist with securing any permits or special licenses.
• Wedding Ceremony planning assistance.
